Yellow Roof Foundation is thankful to have our first community underway in Pittsburg and is in discussions with other East Bay municipalities on properties that would bring brighter tomorrows to families and individuals in need.
Construction will begin soon on three single-family residences, each planned to include Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) so that a total of six families will call the community home.
- Income-based rents
- Anticipated Completion - Spring 2021
We are honored and thrilled to announce that the Antioch City Council recently voted to award the Yellow Roof Foundation the affordable housing development rights for a parcel of surplus land in the city. The conceptual plan we presented would provide eight rental homes for families and individuals at risk for homelessness. We look forward to working with the City to finalize plans and get more much-needed affordable housing underway!
