KAREN MONTERO, CFO & Director
Karen has over 30 years of experience in real estate accounting and finance which is a huge benefit to Yellow Roof’s mission. By completing all necessary tasks for overall financial management, Karen compiles all necessary financial reporting for Yellow Roof and creates an organized system of operations and procedures for our donors and residents.
DANA TSUBOTA, Secretary & Director
Dana is an accomplished attorney with more than 15 years of experience in real estate law, transactional and land use experience. These skills are an incredible benefit to all aspects of Yellow Roof operations. Dana is currently on the Board of local and statewide building industry associations and is a member of several national and regional construction and real estate organizations.
DAVE SANSON, Director
With over 30 years of experience leading an award winning real estate development company, Dave has also served on the Board of HomeAid and other local and statewide industry associations. In 2018 he and his wife, Lori, founded Yellow Roof Foundation in an effort to provide much needed affordable housing opportunities. In 2014 Dave was inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame.
TRENT SANSON, Director
A third-generation homebuilder, Trent is proud to be working with his family to continue the tradition of building a better community for years to come. As a Director, the relationships Trent has built with local agencies, design and engineering professionals are a great benefit to Yellow Roof’s operations.
RYAN PARLETT, Director
With over 20 years of experience, Ryan is a proven real estate asset and development professional. He is well-versed in complex land planning, site development and construction projects and is thrilled to lend this expertise to Yellow Roof and its mission.
JODI VALENTINE, Program Coordinator
Jodi has over 30 years’ experience in retail and human resource management for several national companies. She has comprehensive expertise with operational, sales and financial management with a focus on personnel development to create strategic plans for successful growth . Jodi has experience with all phases of real estate acquisition, managing industry and company events, creating concepts for growing brands and building a culture of customer service with enthusiasm to collaborate and create partnerships. She is dedicated and empathetic to the challenges and needs of others. Her experience aligns with the Yellow Roof Foundation mission to create affordable low-income housing for families and individuals who are housing insecure and at risk for homelessness.
